Turning Carbide Inserts

Whats the best speed and feed for turning a 1 inch D2 part?
I have a 1 inch in diameter by 10 inch long(Material: D2 Tool steel) shaft that i need to turn down to .25 inch. What speeds and feeds will leave me the best finish? I am working with a HL 20 Haas machine, and it has a CNNG 432 carbide insert to cut with. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
