If I have a button maker that makes 2.25″ buttons, how much bigger is the mylar?
When you make the buttons, the mylar button covers are a fraction larger than the actual metal button pieces because the button maker folds the mylar down and under the button-face. Therefore, the mylar discs are larger than the other pieces because a certain percentage of it will be folded over. Question is: Exactly how much is being folded over OR how big is it?
It will depend on the brand of the machine you are using,
